Customer support is a NIGHTMARE. These Indian reps invariably screw things up. Spent an hour last week with one, to schedule an on-site service. Now THERE'S NO RECORD OF IT!!!
I hate Dell. I really do.

Those guys are under trained and expected to have multiple chats going simultaneously. Talk about impossible!!!
