So i received my first M1330, it had problems, the horrible whining noise, so i set up an exchange, received the new computer, sent the old one back. The new computer turned out to have the same horrible whine, so i set up a return. I called once, the guy told me he would email me all the information and UPS return label. Nothing ever came. So i called again, and after much confusion i got what i thought was a return number and a email with a ups return label. Well the return number that the dell person gave me turned out to be the same number as the exchange number i originally got. I didn't realize this at this time, so i did as the dell person instructed me, 'write down the return number on the box, paste the UPS Shipping label on the box, and ship it off' which i did. Problem now is that when i called dell they have no record of a return being processed, and sense the dum dum that i originally talked to gave me a exchange number and not the return number i am lost. I have talked to multiple dell people and it takes everyone of them about 20 min to just understand what has happened then much longer to try and do something about it, and then they keep screwing up, it is just annoying as all hell dealing with these people.... never doing dell again, sadly... I do like their computers, minus the whining noise...

Not all Dell computers have the whining noise, however. I have never experienced such a problem with a Dell computer.
I am really starting to hate dell!
