I ordered my xps m1530 on the 27th, cancelled on the 30th, changed my order with ease with a non outsourced friendly tech support within a few minutes, and it has shipped today!![]()

I've never had a problem with Dell. They've always followed through on what they said they were going to do. I highly recommend them as a company.

Dell has made great strides in their customer service/tech support departments, I cannot deny that.
Sometimes they can be a real hassle, but when you can finally get them to help you, they really come through. -

Durring my ordering, the Dell rep I used was great.
The wait, build stage, etc was awful. I was lied to, they would give me no information, I was delayed, etc.
Now, after I got, and had an issue, they were great.
Dell is good with some stuff, awful with others. -
