I changed my order....

I originally ordered my 1520 in Spring Green, but after hearing about all the delays and such, I decided to cancel and reorder in Jet Black. I think in the end it will be for the best. One thing is that it won't attract so much unwanted attention, and another reason being, is that I may not like that color in say two years. I will also hopefully get the order sooner than the Spring Green color. I'll keep everyone updated on here on how the process is going.

 

If you do ever contact Dell about your order, I would consider using online chat as transcripts are sent to your email. So you have a copy of any promises made .

Can't say for sure if it's the cause, but I chatted with CSR at least two or three times a day asking for expedited request, but mine is already on it's way. You may be able to get an upgrade on shippng as well if you have a good reason for the hurry! GOOD LUCK!

 

Ok, it's currently being built, and hopefully I get lucky and find it's boxing tomorrow (I can only wish )
