    I didnt know I had a Dell EPP

    Well, I ordered a dell laptop about a 3 weeks ago. At that time i did not know that my dad had a EPP that could have saved me up to 12% on my dell laptop. My laptop was delivered to me last Wed. Do you think its possible for me to get the amount of money I could have saved back?

    You would have to return the laptop and reorder the laptop under the EPP program.

    Short of returning and reordering, it's going to be very difficult to get that 12% back. While its probably worth a shot to try to get a price match, I still agree with Greg. Just return it, especially since you're within the 2 week window.
