    What's up,
I recently got a dell e1505 and after uninstalling everything I didn't need I found that three GHS image files and one GHO image file remain in the partioned local disk F: drive on my system. Since I uninstalled Norton Ghost along time ago do i still need these files (there about 1 GB each)? Also should I leave the F drive as a partition, or should I just combine it in my main hard drive? What I plan to do is re-install Norton Ghost (at a later time) and to create new backup image files on a external hard drive I recently built. Well thanks for reading and thanks for any info.

Those gho/ghs files are your backups. Keep them if you need them, otherwise you can safely delete them. What is your F drive? :) Merging partitions together or not is upto you (just don't touch Dell recovery partition that doesn't have a letter by default). Do whatever you like with others. It's like asking us whether you should have a vanilla or a chocolate ice cream. :)
