Hmmm...not much information to go on however I will try to help. Initial thoughts are:

    1. Do you get logged off or is your internet connection just dropped? i.e. does this happen for sites browsing on normal http rather than just https.
    2. Does this happen on different networks (home, coffee shop etc) and using both LAN \ wireless connection (you may find its a wireless problem)
    3. Have you tried downloading a different browser (Firefox?)
    4. Have you scanned your machine for virus's?
    5. Finally, have you tried reseting your IE settings back to default?

    Hope this helps.

Also, do you have anything CCleaner running constantly, or anything that will clear temp files?

    1. logged off all sites as in my login name like dmtheblue is blank and I have to relogin
    2. All networks, one (this) computer.
    3. Yeah but that'd defeat the purpose
    4. Yes
    5. How?

And I did use CCLeaner a couple months ago and that's when it began happening. But I uninstalled it a while back?

Besides randomly, I ALSO get logged out of all sites if I shut down my computer completely then turn it on again. Anyway to at least fix THAT?

    1. Do you get any errors on screen when you are logged out? E.g. 404 error or is the login page just displayed. I am also assuming that normal http browsing is okay for non secure sites such as BBC - Homepage

    2. OK.

    3. I would recommend that you download Firefox and test logging into a couple of sites. This will allow you to identify whether the problem is IE specific or more general. You can easily de-install Firefox afterwards.

    4. What anti virus product did you use?

    5. Press F1 and search for "Reset Internet Explorer to the default settings"

    6. Shutting down your machine will force any secure sessions to be closed. This is normal behaviour and is there for your security.

    7. You may also want to check your router settings. Open a new browser window and enter the ip address of your router (typically http://192.168.2.1/). Check your connection type is PPPoA and any other obvious settings. If you are not sure what your settings should be then consult your ISP provider for advice. Based on your responses to date this is possibility the priority area for investigation.

    Hope this helps.

It sounds like you've got some piece of anti-malware/virus software that is deleting your cookies at sometime during the day. I'd check your anti-malware/virus software and either exit it or have it ignore cookies and see if that fixes it.
