i ask for this one 2 weeks ago when I had the 1520 and they sent this one fast. However, I did mention I ordered my notebook in early November.......I guess they sent it to me fast so I could leave them alone lol

it wasn't easy, I went past the 30 day-return policy (which i told them they gave me the extension for) because I needed the notebook for business. I went on and on about how bad the screen was grainy/ect. The guy sent me to his manager. He eventually said I would have to pay a restocking fee of 10% to send it back because they don't swap notebooks and pay the shipping. I said okay. Knowing that I am good enough of a talker to get the 10% back to 0%. After I sent the notebook back via USPS, which I paid a whopping $7.00 for, they gave me my full refund like I predicted :D.......but this was not as easy as I am making it sound :)
