    even though I don't have my xps 1530 anymore.........I have a total now of $350 from 2 gift cards :D

    Only one way to find out, personally I would bank that they are still valid, they werent offered as an incentive to buy, they werent a "gift" for a purchase, they were compensation for time and trouble. I never got offered any gift cards, the only extended bout I had with Dell CS, the manager simply said thank you for your paitence, and we will credit $xxx back to your card for your trouble, I forget the amount, either $100-$200.

    I got $270 of gift cards too.. although I'm still waiting for the gift cards from the system I did NOT return in November... bu this has to be one of the systems I returned since it's the $70 4 year warranty upgrade thing...

    I can confirm.. they work. I figured dell owes me the $270 for the delayed $200.
