    I got my 1520!

    I got my 1520 (2.2 GHz T7500, GeForce 8600M GT, 160G x 7200RPM drive, etc, etc) on Wednesday. I ordered pretty much everything except a Webcam.

    I had ordered it on 8/7/07 for shipment on 8/24/07. On the 24th I got the "dear John" email saying they (Dell) needed another week. Low & behold, they shipped it two days later on the 26th.

    After reading all the "woe is me" on here, I figured I wouldn't see it till Xmas. They shipped it DHL Express (2 day air?) and had I been home, I would have had it on Tuesday. I had chosen free ground shipping but they shipped it via air and they bought the ticket!

    BTW, the package was perfect upon delivery... something I have not seen from U-Fed :rolleyes: for a long time. I can't complain, in the end, I actually have the machine earlier then expected.
