Got my 6400 couple months ago...but
I found it's way too big for me to carry around...so I barely used it...
Is there anyway I can return it ? or exchange for M1210 ?

I know Dell has a return policy but two months? I dont know if you can return it. You might want to call Dell and see what they say.

I feel your pain though. I have a 9300 (Same as E1705) that I bought last December and its too freaking big for me to lug around. Even thought I have the backpack carry case it is too heavy and cumbersome to use except on my desktop.

The bad thing is that back when I bought my 9300 the 700M was the same as 1210 but you could not get the highend videcard like you can now.

Even though I love my 9300 in terms of what it can do for a laptop, for me it is just a desktop replacement with battery backup already installed.
My next laptop will be the 1210 or similar.

I dont believe you can, I think you have to return it within 21 days of purchasing it. Shouldnt you have realized that it was too big the first day? Why did you wait a few months before contemplating returning it?

you get 21 days. unlikely to get a refund. you could try selling it although you'll take a pretty good hit.

I got my E1505 3 months ago and the size i admit is a little on the big size for mobility (i was going to get a 1705, thank G-D i didnt). So i agree with you but i cant have it any other way, becouse i felt a XPS 1210 was too small for me and a E1405 didnt have a deticated grafics so i didnt have much of a choice. Most probebly you didnt ither if you were in the same position as me.

But say your laptop has on here and then we will go threw ebay and tell you around how much you can make. also tell us if u have an additional warrenty.

If you got it from costco you could return it right now no matter how badly treated it is. Costco's policy is 6 months from the day you bought it. I'm thinking of getting a 6400 15.4 inch from costco. How is this laptop?
