I just got my laptop back from being repaired and it's a bit different...

New monitor: Washed out/bluish AUO2007 (not grainy though :))
New palmrest: weird rough textured plastic (old palmrest was really smooth)
The media buttons have to be pushed in before they click, whereas before they were very responsive and clicky. It's far enough that I have to force my fingers into the plastic gap to make it click.

Any suggestions for fixing the screen and the buttons?

Perhaps some Prozac for the depressed and dreary looking screen?

Edit: These settings seem to make everything look more normal: 50% Brightness; 25% Digital Vibrance; 60% Contrast; 32% Gamma. It still doesn't seem as good as my LG, but it's pretty good now.

Edit: Whoah. Just tried watching a video and everything in the video constantly flickers.

Click the Orb -> Type "Device Manager" and click open Device Manager -> Expand "Displays" and right click "Generic PnP Monitor" -> Click Properties and then go to the Details tab -> In the dropdown list, select Hardware IDs and your code will be in there.
