The screen (1440X900) is very good, not grainy at all. Headphone jack is fine. I like it and will keep it. They didnt give me Vista OS DVD I will contact them later.

    Is that 9 Cell battery?

The keyboard looks like the ones on the old inspirons. Do you know if they are the same touch/feeling?

Looks nice. I REALLY wish they could fit a better GPU in the case. I personally think the 14" form factor is the best for portability. Screen and keyboard arnt too small, and the actual size is more then manageable for the avg sized person.(i'm 5'6" and 135lbs. My 15.4" toshiba M70 is too big and heavy for me.)

I really don't mind at all how much the battery sticks out. I agree on 14" being the perfect size. the 15'4" ones always seemed too large to actually be taken around, and I am 6'3" 200 lb.
