Due to them removing the 90 day norton trial from the options for laptops, but not removing it from the website, all of us that had that as an option in our order (annoying, because I don't want ANY norton on my PC, and will reformat when I get it) have had our orders cancelled. bleh. They were reinstated under a new order number (minus norton, I can only assume) and you have to call in to find out what that is.

I raised a big stink about it with someone yesterday, and he said he's going to prioritize my build. The guy today said it is already in boxing phase... I'll believe it when I see it (order is too new, not showing any status yet).

So, if your order was cancelled, call them and be irritating until they prioritize your build. My order was sitting around for 2.5 weeks before it was cancelled (automagically by the system, aparently), even though I told them something was wrong within a week... You might want to double check to make sure nothing is wrong with yours...
