Yes, FINALLY! After waiting over 6 weeks for my original order for my pink 1720 (that I finally cancelled) My new Alpine white 1721 finally shipped as of today! I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HERE THOSE BEAUTIFUL WORDS!

If Dell holds true to the Next Day Shipping, hopefully it will arrive for me tomorrow.....

Good greif, what an ordeal...I hope everyone gets theirs soon. Too bad the turn around for my first order could not have been so quick...oh well.

that happened with mine to I have next day shipping and mine with into shipping on saturday and on the dell website said it will be here 8/22-8/24 but on the dhl website said it is next day shipping so i hope mine here today

 

hMMM..Well hopefully we both will get ours next day like they say we should. Who knows with Dell, I am just glad it finally shipped.

 

it says the same for me. let's hope it's wrong...just like all the other proclamations made by dell.

I wonder when DHL updates their website? Right now it just says "Shipment Data Received" but no actual tracking yet for me.

I already have my tracking number but the DHL website just says "Shipment Acknowledged" and it shows that it is still in Nashville.

I supposidly have next day shipping but the DHL website shows ground shipping....dang it...I was hoping it would arrive tomorrow for me! How often does DHL update? does anyone know?

 

on the DHL website is says [Service: Next Day 3:00] which means it's overnight shipping for me!

 

Well....I just call the 1-800 DHL number and it says my package will be delivered on August 22. Cool, but that is not next day shipping....another promise Dell did not keep! God...they can't even get the shipping right!

 

You ordered on 8/16 and it was shipped on 8/20

4 days of wait time. Nice.

Yep....except I had to cancel an order I had waited on for almost 6 weeks before i got this one! I originally ordered a pink 1720 and wound up with an Alpine White 1721. I AM JUST GLAD IT IS ON THE WAY AND THIS WILL BE OVER SOON.

 

Mine said it too but you'll be okay you'll get it tomorrow! I got mine next day and I only had standard shipping!

 

tomorrow is the big day.

 

Woohooo... all of ours have shipped in the same few days.

But I won't get mine until friday because it'll be stuck at my uncle's house... unless he decides to bring it here before then.

 

I called the DHL number again and talked with a ReP and she says it is supposed to be delivered on 8/22 by 5pm. Oh well, still 6 days from order to ship is VERY GOOD FOR DELL, especially after what I went thru on my first order!

So...if it comes tomorrow COOL, if not Wednesday will be fine too.
I am just starting to get edgy...seems like I have waited an eternity since my first order on 7/8.......
