Ok so i bought a xps from dell. From day one its been killing adapters. 5 to be exact. So i call and get this logged. after the 3rd time i said enough i want my system replaced. But alas guess what. Not under the 30day waiting time. But I have called in and opted for the repair option to start with. Give them a chance.
Now im at my 5th dead adapter. The system refuses to run fast. I might as well be playing on my old computer. What should I do? This problem one go away. They even replaced my mother board. This computer is 11 months old and its been nothing but problems from dell.

If you have the documentation of all the recurring issues, call Dell back and say you don't want another adapter. Tell them you want your notebook replaced, and that will make you happy. Advise them you don't have the time to keep calling, and going thru the process of getting a new adapter each time they go bad.
Tell them you have been patient, and now it's time for them to step up to the plate and take care of a what seem's to be an obvious issue with your lappy.
You can also complete and unresolved issee form on dell.com, if you don't get the support you are requesting.

well after the run around and a threat of legal action i have been approved for a new system. Funny thing is. All I got was some number that they didnt even tell me what it is for.

Good. Be sure to keep everything documented..espc. any Case Numbers given to you by email/verbally. Case Numbers are history of what is going on with your issue, and what the Rep is doing for you.
