    For some reason, i never talked with an experianced rep, why is that?

    This guy just closed the chat after saying call the number.

    I cant call the number at the moment so i am going to go into chat again.....

    Yea, I've dealt with that guy before as well and he's moronic.

    I have dealt with worse however, on two different occasions, both with Dell reps...

    I have a hunch (and this is nothing more than a hunch) that the extensions are similar to case numbers, not their actual (#1234) phone number. Can anyone substantiate this? Anyone else deal with Mr. Kumar and receive a different extension?

    Yeah, I talked with an Indian guy on the phone. I was asking about my order status, and he said he would transfer me to another line, but a few seconds later a robotic voice said "this line does not exist" or something... wtf
