I remembered a post which the OP said he tried every thing, like BBB, etc.

At the end, he went for an organization which you may need to pay $150 fee to start a case. Dell agreed his request and didn't start the case.
Does anyone know what it's? please thanks

I felt like I got a scam by MS store, they refused to refund me because it already passed 30 days return policy
I didn't know ASUS doesn't offer the ADP warranty if you buy from MS store

Even the box of my notebook states it has, it also has the ADP warranty card.
