    I think UPS lost yet another package...

    When I first checked the status of my package on Monday, it clearly showed “Origin Scan”. And now it is changed back to “Billing Information Received”. What have happened here? Maybe first status I checked was some glitches on UPS website? I’ve been constantly checking today to see if there’s any progress of my package but there was none. The website said my system should be here on July 19, 2006 - July 21, 2006. I am so frustrated right now. Maybe I should be looking into Dell sending me a other system?

    I called them and they said they will call me back, but it's almost my quitting time. I guess I’ll have to deal with them tomorrow. Let’s see if they leave me voice mail if they don’t call on time. Or I’ll have to continue this at home.

    I chatted with CS just now and the person on other line assured me, that they will ship another unit, if there's no activity with in Friday night. How come it takes longer time to receive new system then already made item? This is very strange to me. I hope they'll never find the items so I can have them ship Red Labeled to me. Now I have to sit and wait with all the parts and carrying case.
    **** waiting game is really killing me.
