I think my D420 has really high temps (45 idle, 55 under regular use))

I've been using my D420 for about 6 months and using I8Kfangui it says my CPU is idling around mid to high 40 and even if I'm just doing run of the mill stuff it getse up to around 55c. That seems really high even for a compact laptop.

ANy idea what could be wrong? perhaps they didn't seat the heatspreader properly? Or is the fan simply getting dirty? I dont wanna just do exploratory surgery on it since it takes quite a bit of work just to expose the fan.
