    Hi all ,
    i wanna record a part of a song from my laptop to my laptop too ( playing the song on the laptop then switch on any recording program to record a part of the song , i hope it's clear now ) but after i record when i play the recorded file there is no sound !! even the equlizer not moving up & down !! :( & i checked the sound nothing made mute or something like that but i got only when i move to Recording option in the volume control of the windows xp i got to things 1- Line in 2- mic , these are the 2 things i found so anyone can hepl me ....
    My laptop is Dell inspiron 630m the audio driver is : sigma tel high definition audio codec...
