Where can i find a 7900GS for my E1705? I can't find any on dells site. Does anyone know anywhere that sells one?

probably dell spare parts would have it or ebay. Just an FYI: you can only upgrade to cards that are specfically offered for your laptop. Your new card will not be covered in your warranty.

Well some things to think about -- the E1705 can support a 7900 GTX... quite a few people did it successfully over at notebookforums. So if you have the money for a GTX go for that instead. You will need a 130W power adapter though, the 90W adapter that's default for the E1705 won't provide enough juice.
If you go for a 7900 GS, try to get a dual pipe one instead of a single pipe one. All E1705 7900 GS's are single pipe, but 7900 GS which are pulled from XPS 1710 systems are dual pipe. They will probably run cooler and OC better. -
I have a leftover power supply from an XPS so power shouldn't be an issue. Where can i find the GTXs?
