A Dell Laptop that I have in my sig and was wondering do you think it is a game that pushes the graphics card or not? Just curious!

I've played GTA: SA on cards years before the 8400 GS. The m1330 plays the game very well, will most setting medium to high. The game itself is not that pretty, so it doesnt matter too much. The draw distance does drop the fps though. I have played the game with settings high, but not max with a great fps.

My friend's laptop with a GMA 950 runs it alright. You'll be fine

Thanks thats what I figured and also am wondering should I upgrade my ram from 1gig to 2gigs to play newer games? and for other reasons like video editing and some other stuff like that?

It's an old game now, although it did push GPUs when it first came out. You shouldn't have any problem running it on a modern discrete GPU.

with the right mods GTA SA can look better then GTA 4
