I've played GTA: SA on cards years before the 8400 GS. The m1330 plays the game very well, will most setting medium to high. The game itself is not that pretty, so it doesnt matter too much. The draw distance does drop the fps though. I have played the game with settings high, but not max with a great fps.

It's an old game now, although it did push GPUs when it first came out. You shouldn't have any problem running it on a modern discrete GPU.
