I've been delayed again! 4 times I've had a new delivery date. Dell doesn't even bother informing me of new delay.

    I've been delayed again! Hahaha.

It seems like I should have thought of ordering from dell 6 months in advance. Looks like I'm not getting my September order till next year.

I hope Michael Dell is checkin his email on his notebook, resting it on his lap and that his laptop battery explodes, whilst my sales rep who does not reply to my calls/emails gets some similar fatality.

What p's me off is their bullmess that the order is delayed because of unprecedented demand. F off Dell. You haven't got unprecedented demand. You lack parts. Parts that, should another company have been making the same laptop with 100 times the order volume, they would have been able to handle. Unprecedented demand would be something like the Wii that is constantly out of stock because it's so popular. This is total mis management of something Dell should have been more than well equiped to deal with. I mean come on...

The bull I've been given is the glass on the screen is not available. Glass. Freakin glass. Is this solidified Michael Dell tear glass?

I've already got another laptop...I'm just not going to cancel this order because I want to see exactly how much of a disgustingly run company Dell can be (plus that holding off means I get two notebooks). I'd happily loose the money I paid for this laptop and not ask for it back should Dell just crumble and die and be quickly forgotten, never to lie, steal and frustrate from customers ever again.

It's so late already...I've had no sleep hardly this week, and there was me thinking, perhaps me waiting 90 days, my status would change from preproduction to something different....no...I just get another delay and now I'm wasting even more time venting about it. At least I've got everyone I know NOT to buy from dell ever again (in real life that is, not forums).

Man! You've got a new laptop right? Just wait for this laptop, ask for as many compensations as you can, and then return the laptop within the first 30 days, thus making it useless for them. While in Rome, do as the Romans do.
