I was just curious as to when do the I6000D fan speeds kick in?

Currently High Fan Speed is around 3100 - 3900 rpms, Slow is 2000-2700

Curious as to what cpu temp I should be aiming for... 40 Degrees C reasonable or should I be shooting for low 30s?

On Battery at 800 mhz no fan on starting out at 29 degrees C It takes awhile for it to get up to even 40 degrees while I'm just web browsing and what not....

At full speed ac power and all at 1866 mhz the temp jumps up to 50 degrees... fans on high only gets as low as 40 or so...

Any help would be appreciated.. Short I wish to know what are safe operating internal temperatures for the cpu... My hard drive doesn't go lower then 45 C basically and I am on a hard wodden table..
