I just bought the Inspiron 9300 from Dell Outlet and it came w/ the UltraSharp Wide Screen UXGA Display with TrueLife. I currently have an I9200 w/ the WXGA Screen (1440x900). I plan to do some gaming w/ the I9300 and I was wondering how the games perform w/ the 1920x1200 native resolution with the 256 Nvidia 6800 GeForce Go. I'm thinking games like HL2 and World of Warcraft. Will I have to lower the resolution? If I do lower the resolution, will the images looked blurred? Another thing I'm wondering is if it's possible to switch out the LCD from the I9200 and put it on the I9300 and vice-versa. Is it an easy task? Thanks in advance.

You won't have any problems with HL2. I play counter strike source and get 35+fps

Is that running at 1920x1200? If you lower the resolution, will everything looked blurred in the game?

Yeah, that is at 1920x1200 with AA 8x and AF 12x (I think). You can always turn down the AA and AF to get better framerates. And yes, it will look blurred if you go outside of the native res.

Any chance that the I9200 WXGA screen would work w/ the I9300?
