If I were to get a new Dell Notbook, which one for my sister's purposes?

I want to get my sister a new Dell Notbook Computer:
Out of all the Dell Computer Models name me one or two that would be good for these specs. Remember, Intensive Writing and some pictures, and some mp3 music.

1. It would have to run The Sims 2 Perfectly and all Expansions.
2. It would have to run Microsoft Office, and especially Microsoft Word at an extremely good pace, and not freeze-ups.
3. She will do a lot of writing and saving files. She writes stories and screenplays.
4. She wants to go on the internet. What would I need to get for a notebook internet connection. Would she have to get internet at home? And does the Dell your recommending me have internt modem built in for DSL? Or Ethernet? This is very important.
5. Will it last.

Try to give me the Processer Speed with the Ghz., Memory (1 GB or 2 GB)?, Harddrive (how many GB and how much RPM), would I need a router and an external wireless modem????? Just make sure it has ethernet built in, or a DSL hookup built in where all I have to do is plug it in), FREE!128MB ATIs? Mobility Radeon? X300 Would this Video Card be good? 6 or 9 cell lithium battery? A Port Replicator???? Whatever that is?

Please make sure the notebook will run the Sims 2 and Expansions at a SUPER GOOD RATE WITH NO SKIPPING!! And make sure it can play World of Warcraft at a smooth rate if possible.

I guess that is all, I know it is almost like my other post, but this is for my sister, and he needs are not like my needs.
