    Can you still track your Dell shipments from the factory? I see a lot of you posting that it is being boxed now etc and I am wondering where you are finding that info? Thanks in advance.

    If you ordered through QVC your system is already pre-configured and built, which is why you cannot customize it via QVC.

    So, you will not have all of the build stages as your order didn't even go through Dell....

    Thanks, that makes sense. I did receive the software package just now that I ordered at the same time. Would have much rather had the computer though! :p
