I love Dell products, i think they are quality and priced accordingly. If you could change one thing about Dell computers, policy, customer service or features what would it be?

have them never ever ever break down or have an issue

(which would make tech support/customer support obsolete)

I think Dell should have ninjas process the orders and deliver the packages. By the time your finger lifts off of your mouse button, the doorbell would ring.

Its a tie for me, one is to include hdmi on the inspiron 1520, or to get a customer service that could help someone without being on the phone for 5 hours (not exaggerating!).

Its true - you pay for what you get and Dell offers exactly what you pay for. HDMI on the 1520 would have been a really sweet deal.

    Laugh Out Loud!

I'd say improve customer service and increase the speed of production times.

I would have everything be free :), but back to reality, I'd have all customer service in the US.
