    Hey everyone!

    If you have a 1420, may you PLEAASSSSEE post pics?!? I know phobos512 has a thread with some of his pics, but for all you other people out there with a 1420, please, please, please POST AWAY!!

    I've been looking for pics online and I haven't been able to find much, which is why i'm turning to all the 1420 owners and notebookreview members :) thanks

    Yeah come on everyone post pics and impressions. I'm sure there's more going on than just me! :)

    I'm sure everyone is especially looking for impressions on the other-than-antiglare screens and other-than-black colors.

    i find myself looking at phobus's pictures everytime i get on the forum. I just cant get over how good the black looks. glad i ordered it out of all the colors.

    my other choices wouldve been the blue, followed by maybe the brown or red.

    phobus, what does the black feel like? is it shiny, smooth, rough?

    I wonder if the Jet Black uses different material than other colors. Bosco says fingerprints not a problem with his blue but Phobo says the opposite!

    Yes it is, the black does NOT have the micro-satin which prevents/reduces fingerprints.

    re: micro-satin.

    That sucks! Well my old Presario has some rubber texture too but it got worn out and scratces and get a ugly shiny look. Base on the review, the micro-satin is scratch-resist, so hope it is a better material.

    pics are available but you can't feel the texture from the pics.

    Well I'll post pics of mine when it arrives in mid-August. I ordered one in blue yesterday and it's telling me August 16 as my shipping date (I think because I went for that fancy-schmancy screen). But I can't wait to check it out!
