Impressed Order Time

I placed an order for an XPS M1330 on October 19th. LED Screen, 8400 Graphics.

I checked my order status today, and it has already shipped. It shipped yesterday. It only took 3 business days to process my order, build the notebook and ship.

Just wanted to give everyone the heads up that were thinking of ordering. It seems they have everything going smooth and fast over at Dell.

 

Well, the refurbished notebooks are low in stocks for some reasons. So they maybe taking parts from and build our new notebook.

 

I placed an order for a XPS M1330.. estimated shipping date is Nov 2nd... let's hope it's correct

I forgot to mention in my previous post, when I received my E-Mail confirming the order, they had the estimated shipping date as November 9th.

It shipped over 2 weeks before my ESD.

 

I ordered on 10/25.. it says it has shipped already.. I'm confused cuz it seems a little too quick. Build and ship in 3 days?

Estimated ship date was originally 11/2.. wonder why it is so fast

 

Dell has officially caught up with the demand. I have had 2 replacement systems (both 1330's) ship in under a week. And NO they are not refurbs but are brand-spankin' new

I ordered two 1720 Inspiron Laptops (in the UK), one Sunshine Yellow and the other Ruby Red. I ordered them on the 29th October and was told to expect Delivery on 16th November but i just checked the status and they have both been shipped out already (31st October). I'm extremely surprised that they've done this in 2 days! Especially with them both being coloured lids.

So far so good ....

 

guess they finally got the issues ironed out on the M1330. Took them what? 3 months?

 

Order placed on 10/30, Shipped today (11/2). I'm very impressed.

 

I placed my order yesterday, the estimated ship date is nov 12..I hope they could build and ship it in 3 days like they did for you guys.. that would be great XD

 

Unless they've received a large amount of orders in the last few days, your system will most likely ship by Wednesday or Thursday.

Already got the tracking no from CSR. Waiting for DHL site to update tracking info.

 

Mine shipped today, took 5 days but there was also the weekend so I'm impressed

 

Order place on 11/8 its 11/12 still in production or the building stage...im gettin nervous!

for a dell xps m1710(3500$) i want it so bad!

 

I was also pleasantly surprised by Dell's speediness. I ordered a vostro 1500 on Nov 6th, and it should be at my door some time in the next 4 hours... and it's a holiday!

 

Ordered a midnight blue 1520 on the 6th. Heard there were some long wait times for that color some times.

Original estimated ship date was for the 14th, but it came this morning!

Got an email on saturday(10th) that it had been shipped but figured the carriers didn't work on weekends so it wouldn't be processed until monday. But dhl shipped it from dell to the houston hub on sunday.

 

Placed my order for a new D830 on Nov 14th, csr said it's in the final testing stages and should be shipping shortly, but couldn't give me a time. I guess that means it should go out today, the 16th, and I should have it on Monday!! Getting REALLY excited now!!

I placed my order for an M1330 on Sunday, by Tuesday their online system could "find my order, but not advise a status". I called my rep, ended up being some sort of credit card security problem at their end. After jumping through a few hoops, the old order was cancelled, and a new order was placed (Tuesday 13th Nov).

My order went into build on the 13th, went into delivery prep on the 15th, dispatched on the 15th, and I got a phone call this morning (16th) to tell me that my order would be delivered on Monday (19th), and whether I wanted AM or PM delivery...I opted for AM delivery (between 8AM and 1PM)....roll on Monday!!

 

I also am impressed with my order. I ordered this last sunday, and it was shipped today, November 16th. That's less than a week.
The estimated arrival date is Tuesday, November 20th.

 

Ordered my 1520 on Nov 14th and it came to my house on Nov 20th. Very fast shipping ( I had next day business ship FREE ) .

 

I ordered my 1420 on the 19th and it is being shipped as we speak (21st November). That means they built the machine etc in less than 3 days. Pretty good if you ask me!

 

I ordered one last year and it took a week to get home... after 16 months I placed another order for a Vostro 1500, I just called DELL and turns out it's in the boxing stage... hoprefully I'll see it here on Monday or Tuesday...I shouldn't forget the Holidays... No one's working these days.
