I'm not gonna lie, I've been a huge pain in the rear with cancelling orders, changing things on orders etc.
I finally left it alone a couple days ago and made my final order.
The estimated ship dates were May 16th - May 21st yet Dell shipped it to me today, the 11th.
Not only that, the first time I emailed them on a sunday to see if I could change something, they gave me $100 because he couldn't do it over the unsecure email and I had to go through the "annoyance" of making a phone call.
To anyone who has horror stories, as of now, I can not say one bad thing about Dell...hopefully it was built right and I won't have to change my tune.
