I'd suggest looking for an external sound card or external speakers.

ok jim6172 , it really works and its great having equalizer.
    BUT
when i plug headphones or a cabel for the amplifier the speakers of the notebook doesnt turn off and still play , while there's no signal at all in my headphones.
how do you make that work?
