    Online my order status is "in production" but on the phone it's in the "building" stage.. is there hope :confused: I've been waiting for over a month! for my espresso brown :(

    Build is a stage inside of the In Production stage

    It goes 1. Preproduction, Kitting, Building, Testing, Boxing, sometimes final prep, then shipped. I just woke up, so if i mixed up a stage, not my fault.
