Is there a difference in the two? If I buy the exact same laptop on Dell Home vs Dell Small Business, is the 3year, in-home the exact same support as the 3year business on-site service?

    Thanks!

Business service is usually faster, with better trained techs and better support.

    Hmmm. Good to know.

The debate in my head right now is that if I buy through Dell Home, the XPS1530 is over $600 cheaper due to instant coupon.

But then I don't have the 'business' version of the inhome/onsite support.

If some hardware breaks, either one will eventually fix it for me right? You're just saying I might have to spend a bit more time on the phone?

I mean they both say within 1 business day they will send out a technician if it is needed.
