Looking at SSDs (for just one component) on many models, it doesn't/NEVER tells which series.

    ie, Configure a new E4200.
128gb ssd vs 256gb SSD 'encrypted'.
    Which model number?
There are two editions of even the 256, with one faster, one slower. Gen2? Trim?
    NEVER will they list.
"more info"/"more help". LOL/LOFL, they tell you the dif bewteen an HDD and an SSD! (e4200's ONLY come with SSDs!), NOT the difference between them.
    USELESS.
    Same in Outlet.
    "Insufficient Data problem".

List FULL info on your components. List tech info.

even in the 'Parts' section on the SSD it's difficult to find Tech specs under the 'tech' tab!
There is NO real tech info- which series? Read/write speeds? Gen2? etc. The exact Horrendous opposite of the same functions at, ie, Newegg, who is great.

and calling is Useless as well.
No one knows Anything at Delhi computer.
You ask about specs for a computer you don't yet own? Tech support wants your service tag to answer!
Of course you have no tag... yet.

They speak english.. but if you can't respond to their phone/logic tree they're totally nonconversant.
They are robotic and might as well be bots.
They can say their name is "scott" and the electric accent remover can hide somehwat more, but you still can't carry on a simple conversation, or ask a question that's out of their rote sequence.
