    Please excuse me if this question shouldn't have belonged in this forum.

    My question's that is there any ink cartridge (for Dell printer 720) alternative to the Dell's? I received this free printer when having purchased my Inspiron laptop recently.

    u can't buy dell ink cartridges from other stores??..onli online and at the Dell store??

    I meant to buy generic brand cartridges, probably less expensive than Dell. I notice the printer's look is pretty much similar to some Lexmark printer I saw though.

    i have an HP Deskjet 722C...but that's like from 1998 or sumting and it still works great!![ :D]...but im still planning on getting a newer 1 that can print more than 7 pages per min. in color...lol

    The big printer companies like Canon, Epson, and Hewlett-Packard, Dell, offer their own complete lines of inks and papers. And it’s no surprise each manufacturer claims that you'll get the best results when you use their paper and ink. They even claim third party products will void your warranty. This is not true!
    Getting the best prints on your inkjet printer is usually comes determined by selecting the right type of ink cartridge.
