Has anyone run into the problem of their system shutting off during use? After using my system for a few hours I will notice that the fan tends to speed up and then the system shuts off completly with no warning. I have the system elevated for airflow, but yet the fan area is hot to the touch. I am looking for a tempurature montior to try and see if that is the problem or not.

    Thanks

I'm going to guess that it is overheating. You should clean out your vents and apply arctic silver 5 or similar to the heatsink.

HWMonitor is a good temperature utility. I'm willing to bet you've got dust clogging up your fan.
