This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Inspirion 5150 Sound problems

    I have had my 5150 with the SigmaT audio driver for about threes months, and now I have no sound whatsoever.. .I've tried uninstalling drivers and then having windows automatically re-installing them also...is this a known problem with the 5150 or what? also any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks all, and sorry if this is in the wrong thread....
