This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Brand new 2-in-1. I was loving it until the first time I tried to put in headphones. Not only does the jack not work, but once you plug something into it the speakers shut off. Then, even if the headphones are removed, the computer won't produce any sound until the whole thing is restarted again.

    Super frustrating.

    Anyone else have a similar problem? I was hoping it might be an easy fix before I had to return the whole thing.
