    Well, im new to this forum and im quite exited because i have just bought my Dell 1420 and I have a couple of questions that Dell customer support was unable to answer, first i would like to know if the 1420´s media buttons have backlit, and what are those 3 buttons at the right of the media buttons? are they volume control (up, down & mute) and does those buttons have backligh?

    They all have backlights, and there's a backward, stop, play/pause, forward, mute, volume down, and volume up.

    yeah they are back lit in blue but only come on when you press them of course for like 4 seconds.

    wow thanks, you know guys if there is any way or tweek to have the backlit on at all times? (like the HP Dv2000 series)
