    Since a few days back, Im facing the problem as on the photo above. I dont even use my battery if Im connected through adapter. But still it shows that my battery is having some problems. What should I do now? Is there any ways to find out if its really problem on my battery or on something else? Thanks in advanced.

    It just means that your battery is probably dead or close to it. BIOS will probably tell you the same thing. If you really want to "test" it, just trying it down. Chances are it won't last too long, if offer any runtime at all.
