    Inspiron 1420 doesn't recognize bluetooth dongle

    I'm sure my Dell 1420 once recognized my bluetooth dongle but now it does not. I'm not overly literate in computer but I have checked "My Computer" once dongle is plugged in and it does not show. The same dongle is recognized by all other computers in our home. Could there be an easy fix?
    I checked my computer specifications registered with Dell and see nothing I recognize as Bluetooth.
