This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Inspiron 1420 speakers don't work

    I apologize if this has already been answered elsewhere, I have looked, but didn't find anything.
    The integrated speakers on my Dell Inspiron 1420 don't work, although external speakers work fine. I have opened the front and check for loose or broken wires, etc., but no luck.
    Any suggestions?
