Is there a way to get an .inf driver for the realtek wifi hardware in a dell inspiron 3000 15" 3511? https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/inspiron-15-3511-laptop/drivers has exe drivers but Windows S mode won't allow the dell driver to run, and without the wifi I can't get out of s mode. Is there a way to get the driver in .inf form so that windows s mode will install it?

I got it using a usb tether to get internet. That allowed me to switch out of s mode and then I could install the realtek wifi driver from dell. Once that was done, I could get online via normal wifi connection and all the other drivers came in via windows update nicely too.
