Hi I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 and I cant use it.
When I turns on my pc, it shows me a message for less than a second:

    Code:
    RS485/M BR#23931
I dont know what that means, okay, then appear the Dell logo, then the screen turn on and off the light, then appears the Windows XP logo, for less than a second, then I get a Blue Window, that says this:

    Code:
    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

    Technical Information:
    *** STOP: 0x00000050 (0XF7AAA000, 0X00000001, 0X80536F1C, 0X00000000

And this happens every time I turn on the PC :(

Before this happens, I run a software named 'Trojan Remover' to erase some viruses I had, the software detected a file inside the Drivers folder (WINDOWS/System 32/Drivers), and renamed it, but I never know if that file was a real virus or only a file of a driver, then, I restarted the PC to completly erase the viruses, when i turned it on, I didn't have internet, so, i thinked that the file erased by the software (the one in drivers folder), was a file of a internet driver, not a virus, so I renamed to it original name, then I restarted the pc to see if the internet comes, and this error pop up.

I run the diagnostic (with F12 in boot menu, the option diagnostic), and it says all the test passed, I downloaded from other PC another diagnostic and I maked a bootable CD to run it, I runned it, Extended Test, Express Test, Sympthoms Tree, Custom test, I tested all already and i get all test passed every time

I am so confused, I dont know what to do, and I dont wanna format my PC because I have many important information in there.

    So, can anyone help me?

PS. It is a Dell Inspiron 1501, with Windows XP Professional SP2.

    Thanks .

'Trojan Remover' sounds like a pretty shady application in itself. It is probably responsible for the damage to your notebook. Are you able to boot to safe mode?
