I'm also having the same problem as the original poster. I'm wondering if anyone has any updated information on this issue.

In terms of replacing the bezel and the LCD back cover as one poster suggested, is this something I can do myself or would it be better to have a technician do? I don't have this under warranty anymore, so it likely wouldn't be a Dell tech.

Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!

Would the mods please close this thread?
