So after many tries on puttig the 1501 on my network and it never worked, I decided to instal vista on it.

But now I have a problem with the graphics chipset.

It's a Radeon Xpress 1150. However, Vista (and linux) detects it as a Xpress 200M. I know they are made on the same chipset but still! The 200M is very weak compared to it. Aero laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaags and I almost can't even watch little 3D apps correctly!

I downloaded the ATI drivers for the 1100 but it tells me "200M is unsupported in this release"

The Xpress 200M and the Xpress 1150 are both very weak... The 1150 is barely more powerful than the Xpress 200M, so no, it has nothing to do with the drivers.

And Aero lagging? That's supposed to happen with an IGP. Sorry bud, but drivers aren't going to fix your issues.

I know how it is. But it does make a difference. The X200 is PS2.0 while the 1150 is PS3.0 just for exemple.
