Will the Inspiron 1520 fit in the Timbuk2 Messenger Bag that they offered with the m1330

Inspiron 1520: Dimensions (WDH) 14.1x10.6x1.5-1.7 inches

The bag says it can fit the 15" Powerbook and laptops up to

    13.5" W x 9.75" H x 1.35 " D

So i assume im gonna have to squeeze it?

I actually work Timbuk2 Customer Service and here is my feedback on it. The "Fits computers with dimensions not to exceed" you are looking at look likes to be from the older bag dimensions. We have changed the sizing to fit the 15" MacBook Pro. Now the sizing not to exceed is 14.2" x 10" x 1.8". We do leave for a slight margin of error but it's ever so slight. As you can see, the only place your measurements don't fit is the height. But, the good part is, it's an open compartment! This means that when you slide in your laptop the tail end may stick out a bit (by .6"). Check out the inside pic and you should get what I mean. It won't stop your laptop from getting in the compartment or mess with the closing your bag! ;)

Great question! It's considered a custom made bag ($130 value) and it has a boot, which we do not currently offer ($10 value) and to round it all off, you get a strap pad with the bag ($10 value). You are getting your money's worth! But, if you see a color way on Timbuk2.com you like more than...

I forgot to mention, if you go with an extended battery, you will want a large bag. That battery sticks out to much for a proper fit.

Did you really have to ask? Its fairly obvious the bag is not the right size...
