    i saw them at CES 2007 very cool the funnest thing that happend is that there express card laptop they had for show had a bad slot which crashed the computer that they were showing off but yes a very cool Mouse

    OMG, that is too funny. I saw the mouse, but I already have a nice BT mouse so I really have no need for something like that. But to hear the laptop had a bad slot for a big show like that...hahahahahahaha. Sorry couldn't help it.

    Many reps claim that they are unable to order the 412-0961 part as it isn't available yet as a replacement part. Bunk. Keep trying and you will find a rep that will be able to do it for you. I had to leave my phone # and have them return my call.

    That was what I had planned to do if my case manager said she couldn't do it. Either that or tell her I want the bluetooth remote that is $60 in the accessories section. I bet she would make it happen then...lol.

    Yes, that order number IS mine. The only image editing that I did was cropping the image a little to make it smaller.

    BTW...sign-in to My Account and then enter my order # into the system. That way, my billing info will show up. If its possible though, try to refrain from tossing my order # around until the order ships because I don't want them to cancel it for whatever reason, even though that's very unlikely.
